Military Relocations

In trying to make your move as hassle free as possible, we would like to list some of the items you will need to bring to an application.

Do Not Pack These Items In Your Household Goods!

1. 2005 & 2006 W-2 forms.
2. Recent LES.
3. Copies of your last 3 months statements of bank, stock or investment accounts.
4. Copy of your orders.
5. Copy of a statement of service from your commanding officer.
6. Permission to live off base card (can be obtained when you arrive at MacDill).
7. Original Certificate of Eligibility, if you have one.
8. If you are divorced, a copy of your divorce decree.
9. If you have filed bankruptcy in the last 5 years, a copy of your completed bankruptcy papers.
10. If you own a rental property, a copy of the lease agreement.
11. If you are closing a home, a copy of the closing statement (HUD-1).

By having these items, you will greatly speed up the processing of your loan.
