Application Checklist

Listed below are the documents that we need for the application. It is critical that these items be brought in for our meeting. Remember the more information you provide us, will insure a quick and smoother transaction.

  1. Sales contract (if one is available).
  2. Pay-stubs to cover the last continuous 30 days.
  3. 2005 & 2006 W-2 forms.
  4. If you are self employed or commissioned, we will need 2005 & 2006 Federal Tax Returns (personal & corporate). All Schedules!
  5. Your last 2 months bank statements for all checking, savings, CDs, IRAs and brokerage accounts. All Pages!
  6. The name, address and phone numbers for your landlords for the last 24 months.
  7. Complete divorce decree if you pay/receive alimony or child support.
  8. If you have filed bankruptcy, the complete discharge papers.
  9. Award letter, if you receive social security.
  10. If you are selling a home, a copy of the contract. If you have closed, a copy of the closing statement.
  11. VA Loans Only: Certificate of eligibility, DD-214 (out of service) statement of service (in service). Active military, a copy of your orders and permission to live off base card.
  12. Check for application: Pre-Approvals (no contract) $60.00, FHA & VA $325.00, Conventional $385.00.
